Comprehensive Insurance
Our vehicles come with comprehensive insurance coverage included in your rental price.
(Excess applies to any claims)
Please consider taking out Excess Hire Insurance which will cover you in the event of any claim in the insurance.
We strongly recommend you take out a policy ensuring it covers you for the relevant vehicle you are hiring - this small additional costs could save you a fortune in the event of a claim.
Additional drivers can be added to the policy if you want to share the driving.
Roadside Assistance
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance for all our customers. If you encounter any issues during your journey, in the UK, You'll be fully covered to help get you back on track as quickly as possible.
Personalised Travel Advice
Many of you will have a destination in mind; however, if you're looking for inspiration, Facebook and Instagram are great for ideas. Don't forget to follow us and share your adventure with us.
Our blog is also packed with great routes to take, travel advice and lists of what to take and where to visit.
Paws On The Floor Policy
Our motorhomes are Dog Friendly, please provide a crate or suitable dog car seat for travel as paws are not permitted on the seats. You may also need the required dog seat belt to adhere to highway code rule 57 for travel.
Our Land Rover Campers include a secure caged section in the rear of the vehicle for your dog so please provide bedding to ensure your dog will be comfortable during travel and overnight. Paws are not permitted on the seats of the vehicle and are not permitted in the roof tent.
Your dog should be used to sleeping in a separate area to yourself if you are considering hiring and bringing your dog.
Car Service
Whilst you are away exploring in our vehicles, you can take the opportunity to leave your car with us whilst you're away. You can book it in for a service, MOT or maintenance issue, and we'll take care of it whilst you're away.
